1. Do you charge a delivery fee?
Orders below KES 2,000 will be charged a delivery fee of Ksh.300 and Orders above Ksh.2,000 will be delivered for free.
2. Do you accept cash payments
Full payment before delivery. NO CASH PAYMENT.
3. Data Privacy
All billing information entered into our website will only be accessed by Six Square Limited, for delivery purposes, information supplied to us is kept with the strictest confidence and will not be released to anyone without your consent.
Ensure all fresh fruits and vegetables are well stored after purchase.
In case of a complaint from the customer after goods are received.
1) The customer should raise a complaint not later than 8hrs after receipt of the goods
2) After a successful due diligence, goods will be replaced within 24hrs.
Six Square reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
1. If an order is cancelled before dispatch then a full refund will be made within 12hrs after customer notifies Six Square.
2. If an order is cancelled after dispatch then a customer will retain credit amounting to the value of the order or a refund can be done; whichever the customer deems fit.
